Cancellations and Refunds: You may leave a tournament after registering. Refund policies are specific to each tournament and will be clearly stated on the tournament's details page. To request a refund, you must follow the procedure outlined in the Service. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the request is made after the tournament's specified cancellation deadline.
Withdrawal of Winnings: Winnings from tournaments will be credited to your in-app wallet or account balance. You can request to withdraw your winning amount through the Service. We may require additional identity and bank account verification before processing withdrawals to ensure security and compliance with financial regulations. Processing times for withdrawals may vary.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Indian Talent Platform and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Indian Talent Platform.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. In addition to general prohibitions, you specifically agree not to:
- Engage in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or result manipulation.
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Display unsportsmanlike conduct as determined by tournament organizers or us.
- Use any automated means to access the Service or enter tournaments.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the Service.
- Transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
5. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Indian Talent Platform. Indian Talent Platform has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
